The staff was really good! Check-in was friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning struggled! It was either too cold or too warm, which affected my comfort.

Customer service of hotel staff, especially the front desk person and GM Pam Bissonnette was awful.

I liked the Bistro. It was great not to have to go out and search for food after a long drive. Bonus was that the food and service was very good.

I would have liked it if the breakfast was included in the room rate. That is always a nice touch for a business travel.

The room amenities were lacking!!! No coffee maker in the room, tub drain issues, air vent leaks!!! The decor felt outdated, and the restaurant prices were astronomical. Bring your own snacks to avoid being ripped off!!!

Everything was excellent at this smoke-free hotel. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, in the middle of jackson. It was also really close to Concord and downtown and the electrical outlet. Our food was outstanding and excellent.

The bed was very confortable and the hotel was quiet.

Breakfast was not included and pricey, for what we had.

The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, making the check-in process pleasant.

The breakfast options were limited, and there was no free coffee available in the morning.

The room I had was very well decorated with 1 king bed and the staff was proactive! Had a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was based in nice building in a comfy location, in the middle of jackson.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice lobby and bar. Good wifi, couch in room. I would definitely stay again.

While the housekeeping staff did a nice job keeping the room clean, even though I hung my towels per their sign to "be environmentally minded" the staff replaced them daily anyway. Also, I turned the ac on low to save energy and every day when I returned to my room it was freezing and the ac was on high. I had done a bit of clothes shopping and left some nice branded paper bags on the floor (not near a trash can) that I thought I might save or reuse and housekeeping had removed them from the room. One last thing was that someone kept propping open the 2nd floor stairway door, which I kept closing, as it is a fire code requirement to keep it closed. Still a nice hotel.

Room had used coffee pod upon arrival.

the indoor hot tub was super inviting and relaxing. the gym equipment could use an update.

The lobby area was inviting with a warm ambiance, with comfortable seating and easy access to the indoor pool and exercise room, perfect for seniors like myself who enjoy a leisurely pace s.

More lighting in the bathroom would be helpful.

The room was spacious and freshly cleaned, with comfortable beds with premium bedding, made for a restful night's sleep. The staff was really good, going above and beyond to enhance my experience.

Nice stay with a few quirks

The Queen Room was super comfy and clean. The staff, especially the one at dinner, was amazing! Had the chicken pot pie and it was to die for. Just a bummer that breakfast service was a bit off. Our server seemed like he didn't wanna be there. Still, I'd come back for the room!

A Cozy, Cute Getaway!

Staff greeted me warmly and even remembered my name on my second visit. Impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the Queen room with two queen beds. The bistro offers tasty options, try the coffee! Just remember to bring your own breakfast to save money.
