The room amenities were lacking!!! No coffee maker in the room, tub drain issues, air vent leaks!!! The decor felt outdated, and the restaurant prices were astronomical. Bring your own snacks to avoid being ripped off!!!

Nice stay with a few quirks

The Queen Room was super comfy and clean. The staff, especially the one at dinner, was amazing! Had the chicken pot pie and it was to die for. Just a bummer that breakfast service was a bit off. our server seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. Still, I'd come back for the room!

The location is pretty decent if you're visiting Concord. The staff helped quickly with a few issues we encountered. One front desk team member was great at fixing the electrical outlet in our room, which was dangling when we arrived. The room needed more than just one bar of facial soap for both the shower and sink. We also found two towels but only one face towel, which felt a bit lacking. The café had friendly staff, but waiting for breakfast was a hassle since we had to leave before it was served. Overall, the room was clean, but the amenities could use some improvement.
